Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Strategist to lead our organization into the next decade. As we prepare for the technological landscape of 2026, you will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies—such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT—and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
This is a strategic leadership role that bridges the gap between R&D and product delivery. You will work closely with C-suite executives to define long-term roadmaps and ensure our engineering teams are equipped to build the solutions of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging trends (AI, Web3, Cybersecurity) to forecast future needs.
- Partner with engineering leads to design scalable architectures for next-gen products.
- Evaluate and pilot new technologies to de-risk innovation initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and tech reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is preferred.
