Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum, AI, and biotech sectors
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate emerging startups and IP acquisitions
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists and establish innovation KPI frameworks
- Secure patents and protect intellectual property for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with futurism specialization
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscape (quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing R&D pipelines
- Portfolio of published future-tech scenarios or strategic frameworks
