Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Lead Innovation: Identify and prototype high-potential technologies, such as Generative AI models and next-gen cloud infrastructures, before they become mainstream.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate strategic vision into executable technical roadmaps.
- R&D Governance: Oversee the research and development budget, ensuring optimal allocation for future-proof solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and board members to secure buy-in and funding.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor global technology trends to ensure Apex Horizon Labs remains a market leader.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future market shifts and align technology stacks accordingly.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI/ML, Edge Computing, and 5G/6G networks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams through periods of rapid scaling.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
