Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns emerging tech trends with business objectives for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Identify and pilot high-impact emerging technologies, ensuring our engineering teams are ready to deploy breakthrough solutions.
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct deep-dive analysis on future tech landscapes to anticipate disruption and identify new market opportunities.
- Executive Communication: Present complex technical strategies and investment cases to the C-Suite and Board of Directors with clarity and conviction.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with academic institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve in the race for 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategy, product management, or technical leadership within the technology sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT, and Next-Gen Web technologies.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to define long-term product roadmaps and lead cross-functional teams toward strategic goals.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated history of thinking beyond current constraints to drive disruptive innovation.
