- Oversee R&D initiatives in secure cryptography and decentralized networks.
- Act as a thought leader, presenting technical strategies to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Technology Planning.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects in a large-scale environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor high-performance engineering teams.
