Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects combining quantum computing with deep neural networks
- Develop proprietary quantum error correction protocols for scalable AI systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI hybrid architectures
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and applied AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's) and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and PyTorch
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant computing roadmaps
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM, AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
