Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech trends, market signals, and scientific breakthroughs to forecast 2026+ innovation horizons
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients across AI, biotech, clean energy, and quantum computing verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in innovation consulting, strategic foresight, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting emerging technologies with documented impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or strategic frameworks
