Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technology strategy designed to position OmniCore Systems as an industry leader by the year 2026.
- Future Tech Research: Identify emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics to inform product development and service expansion.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the budget and allocation of R&D resources to maximize ROI on future-facing projects.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key industry players, academic institutions, and tech innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with a proven track record of identifying and executing on future tech trends.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
