Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in federal/state innovation grants annually
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos, CES, and IEEE conferences
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech commercialization
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent)
- 3+ years in advanced R&D with peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science
- Expertise in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of patenting disruptive technologies
- Experience with federal SBIR/STTR grant applications
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
