Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap for emerging markets
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven automation solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot projects
- Author thought leadership on tech ethics and sustainable innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in implementing emerging tech (AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and next-gen AI architectures
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong business acumen with P&L management expertise
- Certified in Future Tech Strategy (FTS) or equivalent
