- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead strategic workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze competitive tech ecosystems and recommend positioning strategies
- Build partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubation programs for high-potential prototypes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
