Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026+ technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions through pilot programs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market adoption
- Represent company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-tech implementation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with $10M+ budgets
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
