Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future-proof technologies into core products
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of technological advancements
- Mentor R&D teams on future technology applications and implementation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and commercializing innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Strong network within tech innovation communities and academic circles
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight (e.g., CSTM, CFIP) a plus
