Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ horizon, identifying emerging trends with high business impact potential
- Analyze market disruptions, competitive landscapes, and technological convergence points to inform strategic priorities
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning AI, quantum computing, biotech integration, and sustainable tech
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption ROI and strategic goal achievement
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and Board of Directors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and emerging technology startups
- Mentor a team of technology analysts and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technological disruptions and translating them into business opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech, AR/VR)
