Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 commercialization milestones
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Present technology forecasts and adoption strategies to C-suite and investors
- Drive innovation sprints with $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging tech ecosystems
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks and quantum security protocols
- Global network of technology innovators and venture capitalists
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
