- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the executive board
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI on future technology initiatives
- Author thought leadership content on technology trends and their business implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global organizations
