Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology strategy with 2026 implementation milestones
- Lead quantitative and qualitative research on emerging tech trends (Web4, biotech convergence, decentralized systems)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio across 15+ emerging technology verticals
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring tech adoption ROI and market disruption
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
- Mentor junior strategists and build the next-gen tech foresight team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR, neurotech)
- Proven track record of scaling technology adoption in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience managing global cross-functional teams across 3+ time zones
- Proficiency in strategic forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, scenario modeling)
- Certification in technology innovation management (e.g., CDIO, TOGAF)
