- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in agile development methodologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and ROI tracking across all verticals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile methodology credentials
