Responsibilities

- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives focused on sustainable tech solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
- Monitor ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop responsible frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and forecasting
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO, CTM)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
