- Secure strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI optimization
- Author thought leadership for IEEE and World Economic Forum publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with 3+ at director level
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech ventures ($10M+ ARR)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and synthetic biology
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Top 1% percentile on standardized innovation assessment tests
