Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI/ML, quantum computing, and climate tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging technologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused prioritization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ exits preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent industry certification
- Experience securing R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, or similar institutions
