Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement advanced AI models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends like Generative AI and Spatial Computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of 8+ data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Scalability & Performance: Ensure all systems are scalable, high-performance, and capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Define and enforce ethical guidelines for AI deployment to ensure fairness, transparency, and safety.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and drive technical solutions from concept to production.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
