Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI, quantum computing, and immersive tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into organizational DNA
- Present vision frameworks to investors and industry stakeholders
- Mentor talent in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, bioinformatics, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in technology/science field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech forums
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Strong analytical frameworks for technology adoption forecasting
