Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement pilot programs for future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research in emerging tech domains
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Portfolio of past innovation projects or research publications
