Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through full innovation lifecycle from ideation to execution
