Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting innovation landscapes
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical tech practices across all initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technology transitions
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation (articles, patents, etc.)
- Global network connections within tech innovation ecosystems
