Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026) to develop strategic roadmaps
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for acquisition/partnership
- Design frameworks for ethical AI implementation in regulated industries
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototype development and testing
- Present quarterly technology forecasts to executive stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot programs
- Author white papers on future tech impact on global markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley R&D ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in tech publications
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (for global partnerships)
