Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability for 2026+ market applications
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify first-mover opportunities in emerging domains
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal tech evangelism
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching technology products with future-forward vision
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts into market strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS AI Specialty, Google Quantum AI) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating technology foresight work or published thought leadership
