As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and market analysts to identify disruptive technologies that will redefine industries. You'll translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies while maintaining a pulse on regulatory, ethical, and societal implications.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology adoption roadmaps for 2026 and beyond
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Translate technical capabilities into market opportunities and competitive advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology implementation
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published research or patents in future technologies
- Fluency in technology scenario planning methodologies
- Security clearance eligibility (for government collaboration)
