- Develop innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for 2026 implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions
- Manage vendor partnerships for cutting-edge technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of scaling technology-driven initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
