Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams developing climate-positive autonomous systems
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for next-generation neural networks
- Partner with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in quantum-resistant cryptography
- Prototype sustainable tech solutions using 3D-printed nanomaterials and bio-hybrid systems
- Present future-vision roadmaps to C-suite and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Systems Design
- 5+ years experience in R&D with demonstrated impact on emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in quantum algorithm development and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed venues
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
