Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning tech initiatives with business objectives.
- Future Trend Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) into our product ecosystem.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performance team of architects and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Prototyping & Proof of Concepts: Spearhead R&D projects to validate futuristic concepts before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and lead strategic pivots years in advance.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and scalable system design.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve unstructured problems and define solutions for undefined problems.
