- Mentor internal 'Future Tech Fellows' program for emerging talent development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence systems
- Published thought leadership in journals like Nature Futures or IEEE Spectrum
- Experience scaling tech ventures from prototype to $100M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futuristics
