Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering

- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and UN Sustainable Development Goals
