Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech adoption patterns across vertical markets
- Partner with VPs of Product to integrate future-proof architectures into development lifecycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research labs and government innovation programs
- Present tech foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and investor committees
- Champion sustainable technology initiatives and ESG compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in future-tech forecasting
- Proven experience scaling AI/ML systems in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in quantum computing principles and real-world applications
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry white papers
- Experience leading $50M+ digital transformation initiatives
- Strong background in ESG compliance for tech deployments
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
