Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for 2026 market demands
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in exponential technology domains
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
- Champion ethical AI and responsible innovation frameworks across product development
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate technology strategy into actionable business initiatives
- Build and lead a specialized innovation lab focused on next-generation human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech innovation roles
- Proven expertise in at least three exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or similar institution) preferred
- Experience scaling technology initiatives from concept to enterprise-wide deployment
- Strong background in strategic foresight methodologies and scenario planning
- Demonstrated success in securing multi-million innovation budgets and managing R&D pipelines
- PhD or Master's in Technology Innovation, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ technology transformation projects with measurable impact
