Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments affecting future tech adoption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced materials, or biotechnology
- Strategic planning experience with 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Master's degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
