Responsibilities
- Collect, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and system specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to improve operations
- Prepare clear documentation including BRDs, user stories, and technical specifications
- Support UAT testing and coordinate with IT teams for implementation
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- 1-2 years of internship or academic experience in data analysis or business analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, macros)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) preferred
- Certification (CBAP, CCBA) a plus but not required
