- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption
- Build and mentor an innovation lab focused on next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in cutting-edge technology domains
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
