Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ industry forecasts and market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and scale emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0)
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech initiatives into business transformation plans
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Represent Innovatech at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and deploying future-focused tech solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., AI governance, quantum applications, decentralized systems)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., AI Ethics, Quantum Principles)
