Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior consultants to design and implement cutting-edge digital transformation strategies for enterprise clients.
- Analyze complex client data sets to identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable technology solutions.
- Assist in the development of comprehensive technical roadmaps and project lifecycle documentation.
- Participate in immersive leadership and technical skills training tailored for the 2026 cohort.
- Present strategic findings and project updates to client stakeholders and internal executive teams.
- Support the deployment of cloud-native applications and enterprise software integrations.
- Stay current with emerging technology trends, particularly in AI, machine learning, and zero-trust security.
Qualifications
- Anticipated graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong foundational understanding of enterprise software, cloud computing concepts (AWS/Azure), and data analytics.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact with C-suite executives.
- Proven leadership experience through university projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for client site visits upon program commencement.
