Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 technical roadmap.
- Design high-performance, scalable systems capable of handling next-generation AI workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Strategy) to define technical milestones.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure all systems adhere to strict security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
- Drive research and adoption of emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee code reviews and technical debt management for critical projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, high-stakes projects with multi-million dollar budgets.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business strategy into technical execution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
