Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends (quantum, biotech, neural interfaces)

- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and government agencies
- Drive innovation sprints for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic foresight to investors and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
