Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech domains
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position company as industry pioneer
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present technology strategy insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Quantify ROI projections for emerging technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong understanding of ethical technology implementation frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy (preferred)
