Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design and validate proof-of-concepts for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Drive sustainable technology integration across product ecosystems
- Mentor junior innovators in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Fluency in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
