Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI integration and quantum applications
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, bio-digital interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with agile methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into scalable products
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record leading AI/quantum computing initiatives from concept to launch
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Expertise in agile development and DevOps practices
