- Collaborate with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board on future technology implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused startups
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Drive adoption of futuristic tech through internal stakeholder education
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Certification in Innovation Management preferred
