Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech) and their market viability
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with innovation labs, universities, and tech pioneers
- Manage technology innovation portfolio with focus on ROI and competitive differentiation
- Drive organizational adoption of future-focused technologies through change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario analysis capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CDIO, CTO) preferred
