Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (2018-2025 validation required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience developing multi-year enterprise technology roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
