- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure technology adoption and ROI of future-focused initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation leadership

- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and business units
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in strategic innovation (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Future Tech Leadership) preferred
